Warning: Several members of America's Newspapers have already reported receiving emails offering discounted hotel rooms for the 2026 Mega-Conference. Do not book your hotel room in response to these fake promotions.
Scammers also often try to sell our “attendee list” in advance of the conference. Those are fake lists. Our attendee list is only available through the America's Newspapers staff — to our conference sponsors.
When in doubt about any requests or offers that you receive, please reach out to Patty Slusher or events@newspapers.org in our office.
