Sales reps and employers can connect recruitlayer's hiring workspace to the AI assistants they already use, including ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot and Gemini.
The connection is made through Model Context Protocol, or MCP, a secure standard that allows AI assistants to interact with approved business systems and information. Once connected, users can ask an AI agent questions about jobs, candidates, applications and campaign performance using ordinary conversational language.
