Presteligence streamlines workflows for quicker page approvals + deploys new customer sites

Presteligence is rolling out updates and enhancements across its products — all designed to make publishing faster, more efficient and more secure.

Publishers using My News 360 Dynamic Production can look forward to improvements that streamline workflows, improve digital delivery and safeguard operations.

Dynamic Production: Faster, smarter page approvals

Presteligence has updated Dynamic Production to allow page approval without passing through the full Dynamic Production editor. This means full-page ads and complete shoppers can move from system entry to final output and delivery within minutes, accelerating the editorial process and reducing bottlenecks.

Customer updates

Presteligence also announced continued momentum across its My News 360 Suite, with Six Rivers Media now fully live on the platform. This deployment includes the Kingsport Times-News, Johnson City Press, Erwin Record and The Tomahawk, leveraging integrated website hosting, Dynamic Production, e-edition and mobile apps. The transition included a smooth move from BLOX to Dynamic Production, underscoring the flexibility and speed of the My News 360 platform from CMS through delivery.

In parallel, Carpenter Media Group continues to expand its use of Dynamic Production across its portfolio, with multiple regional groups of publications regularly paginating ahead of deadline. “We were told that a publication which normally takes five to six hours to paginate was created within one hour using Dynamic Production,” according to Denise Franken, vice president of marketing at Presteligence. These gains, further supported by significant enhancements to Presteligence’s WordPress plugin, enable digital content to flow seamlessly from Presteligence systems into Carpenter Media Group’s corporately hosted websites — strengthening integration while preserving centralized digital strategy.

These updates reflect Presteligence’s ongoing commitment to innovation, security and customer success. Over the next few months, publishers can expect even more tools and enhancements that simplify workflows, speed delivery and help teams focus on the stories that matter.
