Scammers set up employer profiles to post fraudulent listings and to harvest applicant data from jobs that were never real. Catching these manually means reviewing every new employer signup yourself, which doesn't scale.

With this feature, new employer profiles can be checked automatically. When someone creates an account, the company name and description, along with your job board's name for context, are analyzed by AI, which returns a score estimating how likely the profile is to be spam. You set the score threshold that counts as spam on your site, so the sensitivity matches how strict or relaxed you want screening to be. The result: fewer fake listings reach candidates, and you spend less time checking new signups yourself.

You decide what happens once a profile is scored as potential spam:

• Silent logging: Flagged profiles are recorded, and admins get a notification, but nothing changes automatically. Good if you want to review each case yourself before taking action.
• Automatic block and delete: Profiles that cross your chosen spam threshold are blocked and removed after a set period, with no manual step required. You can still reverse the decision to delete if a legitimate employer profile gets caught by mistake.
• In both cases, blocked employers receive a notification and can contact your job board administrator if they were blocked in error.
