Indigo Trigger is proud to be working alongside the Tampa Bay Times on a project that's reshaping how its sales team operates every day.
Over the past few months we’ve worked with sales and operational leadership to incrementally improve how the newspaper's teams will leverage a newly deployed HubSpot CRM and ensure alignment with the existing Stratica order management system. Initial efforts focused on defining the HubSpot product catalog and ensuring alignment with Stratica for future integration. In addition, teams worked together to get Brainworks’ HubSpot integration enabled to power customer data sync between the two platforms.
Working together, the teams have also focused on merging pre-sales order entry forms into the new HubSpot platform so offline, non-integrated processes can be triggered right from the CRM.
That foundation is now being extended to support Launchpoint, The Tampa Bay Times’ new digital agency, bringing both sales and operations into the same connected CRM environment from day one.
We're also layering on embedded reporting through a Tactician integration, giving leadership a real-time view of pipeline and booked revenue in a single place.
