The Gazette seeks a senior-level human resources professional to fill the integral role of Vice President of Human Resources.
The VP must be mission-focused, innovative and work collaboratively as a member of the executive leadership team. This position is responsible for the overall management of human resources operations at the Gazette, implements key initiatives, and will aid the President/Publisher in creating a performance-driven culture.

Minimum Education and Experience Required
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or similar field, PHR or SHRM-CP, and minimum of 10 years’ of human resources generalist experience including 5+ years in a management position and 2+ years in a leadership position.
