The Durango (Colorado) Herald has launched a membership program, in coordination with the Colorado Media Project, which is designed to strengthen and sustain trustworthy local journalism that serves all Coloradans. The Durango Herald is one of five news organizations across the state that was selected to test memberships as a method to support journalism and journalists.
Members will be rewarded with perks from the newspaper, local businesses and two of its news partners, The (Grand Junction) Daily Sentinel and The Colorado Sun.
Membership begins at just $50.
